I’m very frustrated with my recent experience with this insurance company. I am a service provider Alano Trading for global choice and expected a straight-forward process of payments for services rendered, instead I’ve faced repeated delays, poor communication, and no clear explanation for why my payment still hasn’t been issued. This is now almost 3 months no payments. Every time I’ve contacted customer service, even the manager's I’ve either been transferred, given conflicting information, or promised a callback that never happened. What should have been a simple, transparent process has become extremely stressful and time-consuming. I understand that companies have procedures to follow, but the lack of clarity and responsiveness has left me feeling ignored and unsupported as a service provider. At this point, I don’t feel confident that my service is being handled fairly or efficiently. I hope the company improves its communication and support for customers and service providers who are already dealing with difficult situations.
