I’m very frustrated with my recent experience with this insurance company. I am a service provider Alano Trading for global choice and expected a straight-forward process of payments for services rendered, instead I’ve faced repeated delays, poor communication, and no clear explanation for why my payment still hasn’t been issued. This is now almost 3 months no payments. Every time I’ve contacted customer service, even the manager's I’ve either been transferred, given conflicting information, or promised a callback that never happened. What should have been a simple, transparent process has become extremely stressful and time-consuming. I understand that companies have procedures to follow, but the lack of clarity and responsiveness has left me feeling ignored and unsupported as a service provider. At this point, I don’t feel confident that my service is being handled fairly or efficiently. I hope the company improves its communication and support for customers and service providers who are already dealing with difficult situations.

Extremely poor service from global choices. They towed a car and severely damaged the vehicle. My insurer who they are contracted to has been following up daily for feedback on resolving this matter and there is no feedback. They seem to be brushing this under the carpet instead of dealing with the issue. I am now stranded and they are unreachable. The towing truck driver did not seem to know what he was doing and has admitted that he did not check the car properly when loading and unloading the car. Please do not use this company as they have no sense of responsibility. And request that your insurer get another company to tow your vehicle as you will not be satisfied with the outcome.

Am very angry with Global choice insurance , global choice send accessor to check what's wrong with the fridge the accessor collapsed my cupboard inside there were pot , pot fall at the back of the fridge and fridge got dents . Now global choice doesn't believe that the accessor is lying when he said the cupboard was poor condition and the cupboard was leaking on the fridge which is he **** . I even send the pictures of my cupboard that good condition but decided not to pay the damages that was made by their accessor. I dont know that person they are the ones that call me and told me that they are sendingsomeoneto my house.. I have to fix the cupboard by myself

This is supposed to be an emergency service. I have paid for the policy many years and never used the service but the one time when I need to use it they certainly showed how thoroughly useless, incompetent and uncaring they are. I had water pouring out of a tap that would not switch off and as a female who lives alone I was unable to switch off the mains tap. I logged an urgent call with Global Choices who finally came back with the response that “they will be able to assist me sometime tomorrow”. How much water would have been lost by then ? I had no option but to pay for an emergency afterhours call out for a private plumber this besides paying a monthly premium to Global Choices. Never, ever use this organisation because when you need them they will let you down. They obviously have the cheapest, most useless, most sub-standard workmen on their registered database. What an awful experience.

Nobody likes to work in December, specifically 3 days before Christmas. It seems that the exception to that rule is Michelle Bellin at Global Choices. Not only did she go out of her way to get a smelly drain sorted out, she constantly followed up with me and her service provider during the job, as well as a few days later to ensure client satisfaction. Michelle, words fail to thank you for your service - because of you, we could be inside our house for Christmas 2021. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
