Service delivery way higher than expected

Nobody likes to work in December, specifically 3 days before Christmas.

It seems that the exception to that rule is Michelle Bellin at Global Choices. Not only did she go out of her way to get a smelly drain sorted out, she constantly followed up with me and her service provider during the job, as well as a few days later to ensure client satisfaction. Michelle, words fail to thank you for your service - because of you, we could be inside our house for Christmas 2021. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
