Bad service and customer care, on the 19th of September 2025 I went to hungry lion at amalinda bought wings I want almost an hour waiting my order my order was 4046. I went to cashier as her where's is my order because it's almost an hour now, she told t me wings are not yet ready I told her but you suppose you inform me that wings will take 30 Mins to be ready so that I will take decided whether I will wait or not . I said to the cashier let me canceled my order because it's almost an hour now cashier rep**** to she said she can called the order because I bought by card then I said to her call the manager because I don't have time to wait , Manager told me I wont be able to have refund because I bought by card and I must draw statement. I have to leave my order because of time and I didn't even get my order . She was very rude to me I even asked her name she refused to tell me her name . I was very disappointed with the service and customer care. I went home without my order. Manager of hungry lion she need skill how to talk with customers
I wrote complaint about unfair treatment that I received by the time I bought inverter from them, I received my refund last year.
Am very happy with quality and service , have place order on Monday I received it today .
On the 19 of August 2024 I complained about the cell phone I had insured with 8999 1st for women decided to gave phone that cost 6000 , he told me they don't have A72 instance they give A52 that was in market 2021 meanwhile I bought 2022. O don't want my premium as they said on sms what I want is the value of the phone I took insurance. Suppose they gave me voucher if they don't have A72
On the 19th of August I wrote review about first for women, I didn't received any response from them . I went to bank to canceled debit order also reserve my money consultant told me that first for women block you to reverse your money. First for women my complaint with them was I took insurance for car and household including the phones then I claim phone that cost me 8999 and I sent slip to show price. My phone was A72 price was 8999, what I received from them was A52 and price of A52 its 8459this phone was released on 2021 so value for that phone decrease to 5999. So first for women didn't pay the actual price of the phone that I insured with them on top of it first for women ask access of 1850. I phoned today to canceled insurance with them . First women am very disappointed 😞 what I want from first women take the phone back and give me my money back or they must me me A73 I will top up the difference. I call first for women to canceled the gently man was helping to he told that managers are busy with my complaint
On the 22of June I report phone that was on working then submitted claim , he ask me to take pictures of the phone and the slip for phone fortunately I got the slip I believe he wanted proof of how much I bought the phone, on the 5th claim approved what is shocking me is that they bought phone that is less than the amount that I paid for different 1000 also they want me to pay full access meanwhile they ****** me 1000
On the 28 of April I bought 3 5l of rain dance I notice that the rain dance that I bought was expired on the 24th of January 2024 , one of the 5l started raise like it will explode. I started to check I couldn't fine but I when to bank to print statement he said I can't take those 5l because I don't have slip I told him I have statement that shows I bought alchol from. Prestons. I ask the manager and surname he didn't give he was very rude.
Am very angry with Global choice insurance , global choice send accessor to check what's wrong with the fridge the accessor collapsed my cupboard inside there were pot , pot fall at the back of the fridge and fridge got dents . Now global choice doesn't believe that the accessor is lying when he said the cupboard was poor condition and the cupboard was leaking on the fridge which is he **** . I even send the pictures of my cupboard that good condition but decided not to pay the damages that was made by their accessor. I dont know that person they are the ones that call me and told me that they are sendingsomeoneto my house.. I have to fix the cupboard by myself
Frontline decided to pay my fridge at the price of 10 000 meanwhile I bought my at 12000 ,also deducted the excess fee. My fridge was damaged by the accessor that send to my house , now Frontline doesn't want to pay my cupboard the cupboard was collapsed because of their accessor now Frontline want me to claim my cupboard to Global choice I dont know anything about Global choice. I got the insurance with them am very angry with front line
Disgusted frustrated with front line insurance, on the 9th of January I reported that my fridge is not working , on the 11 of January send the accessor to check what's wrong with it he came and reported that the problem is the gas which raised concerned because fridge its still new I bought 2yrs back. The accessor that they send didn't even write report to them because by the time he moving the fridge carelessly the cupboard which was situated above the fridge collapsed. Inside the cupboard were pots which fell and hit the fridge at the back. Insurance sent second accessor to check the fridge so the second one said it motorboats .I received email that Insurance won't pay my food that was inside because fridge is affected with loadshedding I took picture to show that I do have the power surge plug. Insurance told me to do qoutes so that they can fix the dents of the fridge I went to defy to ask qoute for dents it's when they told me Defy that they can't give me quote I must pay 690 so that the technician must come to house to see what's wrong with fridge. Technician wrote unit has internal gas leak and the cabinet has foam collapse. Insurance again sent accessor to check the cupboard that one **** literally he said to his report the cupboard was balanced with the fridge and there was not shelves the cupboard was poor. Shelves was there I put my pot inside my cupboard. Frontline send unqualified accessor.
