On the 28 of April I bought 3 5l of rain dance I notice that the rain dance that I bought was expired on the 24th of January 2024 , one of the 5l started raise like it will explode. I started to check I couldn't fine but I when to bank to print statement he said I can't take those 5l because I don't have slip I told him I have statement that shows I bought alchol from. Prestons. I ask the manager and surname he didn't give he was very rude.

Bought R3700 worth of liqueur including French champagne Spiced Gold and Savannah. Rang it up got to the car and saw the Savanna was charged at double the labeled price, went back in and pointed it out. They argued the labeled price was wrong and refused to honor the big board on the stand. Eventually the manager was called, little ***** wish for a moment alone with him pleeeeez. I was told I should ask for prices (even if there is a price) I was told it was a rep that put wrong price on stand. I was told that he can not be sure I did not put a wrong price on stand. I was told Cardboard prices do not count - only bar coded price labels. With each new excuse he got more desperate in attempts to justify why the price shown was a false price. All this for R120 - yes the Savanna was marked R120 for a 12 pack, evidently it was meant to be per 6 pack. I bought them as a side thought for wife who drinks 12 a year, rest was for business account which is about R1000 a week between Mount Pleasant - Heugh Road and Main road branches -I live between 3 Prestons outlets no further than 1.5 Km to furthermost one. I eventually cancelled my entire order and got a refund. Me, my business and staff purchases are likely less than R30 000 a year, not much in the big picture, but its no longer yours - pity that, because 3 school friends and a neighbor work for Prestons. I would still like to smack Mr **** Attitude

Although I like Prestons as a place to buy my weekly drinks, I find that their till staff is very unfriendly and unwilling to help. The never smile or greet a person, they just bark out "NEXT" when it is your turn to pay. There is never a please or thankyou. The boys (assitants) that work there on the other hand are very friendly and helpful. I think the cashiers really need to go for customer service training...because their customer service sucks!!!

Good morning All, Do yourself a favour and go to Prestons Liquors on Main Road in Walmer. They have the largest wine section I have seen in PE. The shop is large and clean. Every time my wife and I go there, we spend about an hour looking at the selections of wines. They have the normal cheap wines going to the one of a kind wines. Go there and happy shopping.

I just want to commend Johan and his team at Mount Pleasant Prestons, during this really trying time of Covid-19 and the limited days to shop they have treated every customer with friendliness and warmth, always time to say hello even when the store was over-run with customers. I will never shop anywhere else.

After placing the delivery order and had paid with Credit Card I was told that delivery takes 5-21 workdays! Well, it came have after 4 workdays and I was promised to be credited. Up to now: now credit, no answer to my mails, nothing. Do not order with these people! Next week I get my lawyer involved.
