UCount Rewards Goals & Gains What a total ******* ….. in the past 20 days 2 achieved goals have gone from Pending to Expired without ever being available. I notice that there have been complaints of this very same issue as far back as 2020 but it is still happening now end 2025. Sending an email to UCount rewards is a TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. They never, ever, ever, ever respond. I fail to understand how people are employed by the bank to do a job and they could not even be bothered to reply. USELESS organisation !

This is supposed to be an emergency service. I have paid for the policy many years and never used the service but the one time when I need to use it they certainly showed how thoroughly useless, incompetent and uncaring they are. I had water pouring out of a tap that would not switch off and as a female who lives alone I was unable to switch off the mains tap. I logged an urgent call with Global Choices who finally came back with the response that “they will be able to assist me sometime tomorrow”. How much water would have been lost by then ? I had no option but to pay for an emergency afterhours call out for a private plumber this besides paying a monthly premium to Global Choices. Never, ever use this organisation because when you need them they will let you down. They obviously have the cheapest, most useless, most sub-standard workmen on their registered database. What an awful experience.
Would give zero stars if I could. Have sent 3 emails to Customer Service to cancel a policy and other than the automated responses I have not even had the courtesy of a response. I lodged a complaint via their complaints portal and I ALSO have a zero response from them too. What a downright useless organisation. Barbra Wainwright you must be soooo proud of your customer service division. The staff are obviously way too important to stoop so low as to actually deal with customers.
It is a total disgrace that you have to waste valuable time begging and pleading with MTN to get Tax Invoices. Once they sell you the contract they could not give a damn. Customer Service is just a damn joke and logging onto your various apps and websites either gives an error or gives no information.
Tried forever to get a Tax Invoice from this organisation. When you are lucky enough to get a response, they make empty promises and never deliver. Stay away from this organisation. They are a nightmare to deal with. My next step is to report them to the Receiver of Revenue for not supplying a Tax Invoice on demand as required by law.

<p>Logged problem ( ********** )with Telkom 5 days ago for nin-service of ADSL line, but as usual with Telkom thats where it ends unless yiu as the customer does continual follow-up. Surely its not up to the customer to continually wait on the call centre queue forever just to follow-up what you have already logged. Catch a wake-up Telkom ...... I challenge you to surprise me yet.</p>
Talk about phone rage! Telkom never ever answers their calls. I must have now spent over R200 from my cell listening to a damn recorded voice. <br> I logged a fault via sms. Technician phoned to say he was coming on Monday but never arrived. Telkom has absolutely no way of following up this shocking service other than phoning the non-answering 10210. <br> Isn't it so typical of RSA ......the customer must continue to pay whether they receive the service or not.<br> Downright shocking !!
I bought a rechargeable lightbulb which in my opinion doesn't perform in accordance with the inflated price charged - light is verrrry dim and the bulb is wobbly in the socket.<br> Previously on Takealot I have given positive reviews which have always been published, but this time I gave 1 star and wrote a negative review and it was never published. I have now submitted this review 4 times and STILL it has not be published. Surely buyers are entitled to reviews on products whether good or bad. <br> Seems like Takealot are trying to hoodwink their customers into believing that all their products are wonderful. Shocking !
