After reopening my Capitec account, I noticed that there is a mandatory debit order. I contacted Always Connect, being very angry (as anyone would be) after seeing that money is going out of your account you did not authorize. I supp**** Always Connect with my details and we're indeed informed that no details are on there system, how then is there a mandatory debit order??? I was angry and did swear🫢🫢 but who wouldn't. The phone was then dropped in my ear and since then they answer and drop when they see my nr. This is totally unacceptable and I would like assistance to get answers from Always Connect
