I'm writing to express my disappointment with the service I've experienced at your Centurion Mall and Mall of Africa locations when paying with vouchers. As a regular customer and fan of your donuts, I believe all customers deserve respectful treatment, regardless of their payment method. Whether using a voucher or cash, we're all using a form of currency and expect a consistent level of service. Unfortunately, I've felt a noticeable difference in attitude from your cashiers when using vouchers, almost as if it's perceived as a "free" treat. I've also overheard discussions about customers using vouchers in a less-than-positive light, which concerns me about the training your staff receive. I want to emphasize that if vouchers aren't a preferred payment method, I suggest removing them as an option altogether rather than treating customers who use them differently. Every customer deserves warmth and professionalism, and feeling like "trash" isn't what I expect from a business I support.
