I am still getting calls from ARA regarding an account I have settled in August 2025. I have sent them the paid up letter from RCS, however they still call me everyday saying I have an outstanding balance and that my last payment was in January 2025. I have requested to talk to a manager of supervisor multiple times, however I am either told that they are busy or not in the office. My credit record is being ruined by this incident and receiving these calls where I have to repeat the same thing over and over again is frustrating.
