There is ZERO communication. I have been trying to book an appointment with a voucher I received through all available platforms and NONE of them work. WhatsApp, Fresha, Website, Call, Live chat..... ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. When you do get a message back on WhatsApp, it these unprofessional one liners or automated messages which takes two days to come through and is non related to what you ask. I have now requested my money back for the voucher and they are not even responding. It's clear they are inferior in service and by the looks of the reviews, also in product and hygiene. I have absolutely NO desire to have anything done there anymore as I am convinced that it will cause more harm than anything else. I WANT A REFUND.... LET'S SEE
