TERRIBLE - NON EXISTANT SERVICE - REFUND REQUIRED
There is ZERO communication. I have been trying to book an appointment with a voucher I received through all available platforms and NONE of them work. WhatsApp, Fresha, Website, Call, Live chat..... ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. When you do get a message back on WhatsApp, it these unprofessional one liners or automated messages which takes two days to come through and is non related to what you ask. I have now requested my money back for the voucher and they are not even responding. It's clear they are inferior in service and by the looks of the reviews, also in product and hygiene. I have absolutely NO desire to have anything done there anymore as I am convinced that it will cause more harm than anything else. I WANT A REFUND.... LET'S SEE

Professional staff, Lovely Ambience
As a first time visitor, I am usually very skeptical of who works on my nails. Be it overfiling my nailbed, not getting the shape right and the evenness of the acrylic and gellish, rough edges, nailpolish too far over or short of the cuticle...I was going to use my voucher with baited breath. To my surprise, I was met by a young Nail Technician, Privilege. And what a good experience I had. This young lady takes pride in what she does. A few simple requirements from me and she worked her magic. The application is smooth, perfect from nail to cuticle, and shaped perfectly. Being indecisive, I gave her which options I was thinking about, and she offered advice on what colour in my batch best suited my skin. My first time experience at BOA Kuilsriver was such a pleasure because of Privilege! I look forward to returning! Alicia

Poor customer service and centricity.
No customer centricity at all. Their work is poor and the product quality is poor. They broke my nails 3 times and when I advised on how to do my nails they said they are not allowed to put 3 layers of the product.
