Poor customer service and centricity.
No customer centricity at all. Their work is poor and the product quality is poor. They broke my nails 3 times and when I advised on how to do my nails they said they are not allowed to put 3 layers of the product.

Frustrated tenant
I got the place and it was still under renovations that I was not aware of. And not the flat viewed by my friend. I had to find my a place to sleep for two nights and I had to cover the costs! They said they were done with the renovations but when I got to the place the cupboards were not done and the electricity was not working. I am now asking for my money for rental and deposit and they refuse to give to me. What about my consumer rights? I slept there on Sunday and When I went to work on today, Monday there is a man working in the flat with my things exposed on the floor and dust all over. My privacy invaded and lose of my things is not valued. I need help with this regard.
