I made a purchase at The Hub in Cornubia Mall today using my store card. The transaction was declined because my card is blocked by Nedbank because I did not update my FICA with Nedbank. Firstly, I do not receive any correspondence from The Hub and each time I have to pay my account I have to go into the store to know my account balance and installment. Secondly whenever there is any changes or updates, there is no communication whatsoever to us. Every other time there is some new rule or regulation...I am so fed up with The Hub and their lack of communication with customers. Furthermore I can't use my card until I go into a Nedbank branch and update my FICA!!! Seems like The Hub doesn't care about its customers therefore it's about time I shopped elsewhere and close my account with The Hub.
