I want my 100rand voucher promised

I'm very disappointed about them because they promised to me 100rand checkers voucher after doing the survey about brutal fruit and Bernini after doing they survey they came with stories which they didn't say before doing the survey I really want my voucher the survey was long and tiring

My account have been suspended for 3 years now this year I got an email saying I must go to the branch before my card I written as dormat but when I get there they said it still under investigation the will call me but there's no follow up I'm angry
