I'm very disappointed about them because they promised to me 100rand checkers voucher after doing the survey about brutal fruit and Bernini after doing they survey they came with stories which they didn't say before doing the survey I really want my voucher the survey was long and tiring

This company together with @brutalfruitsa sent out a long survey which we did diligently then when payment time comes they are refusing to pay us and the worst part is they are giving them to other people privately instead of sending to everyone that participated.

Dear: HeloPeter Team I would like you guys to help a girl out,on Thursday I did a survey for a company called Verbata it's was about Bernini and Brutal Fruit Spritzer and they promised to pay R100 Checkers voucher after completing that survey when it was time to pay they told me that I've been entered into a draw what they promised me was an error it's was for 100 respondents unfortunately I can't accept that I've spent more than 30 minutes doing that survey via WhatsApp they were supposed to close the survey if they already reached their maximum number and enter me automatically to a draw so I can't accept their apology I've used my data and time answering their questions repeatedly questions at that point Please help me guys I really need my voucher and my number is:0630326111 that I used to answer that survey via WhatsApp. Their WhatsApp cellphone number:+27 68 815 5645

After completing one of their long surveys they told me to expect a R100 checkers voucher soon. The next business day they told me they went the previous text in error yet I spent my valuable time knowing I'd be compensated. Very unprofessional.

They don't even deserve a one star,they take gigs knowing very well they won't pay the respondents they trick people into taking their survey and come up with an excuse later I recently took a survey about Bernini and brutal fruit was promised R100 checkers voucher in exchange for my feedback later was told they only paid first 100 respondents which was never mentioned in the advert and in the beginning of our chats this is ruining the image of brutal fruit and Bernini because if they didn't have enough budget to pay us they should have mentioned the first 100 from the beginning not when they are about to pay I need my compensation for my time spent in the survey or I'm gonna report them to their clients they are doing the research for and on all the platforms.I'll be waiting for my voucher my number is 0786866834 thanks.

I participated in a promotional survey run by Verbata Brand Chats for Brutal Fruit and Bernini where participants were told they would receive a R100 Checkers voucher after completing the survey. After taking the time to complete it honestly, we were later told the voucher message had been sent “in error” and that only the first 100 participants would receive vouchers — something never clearly stated upfront. This is misleading and unprofessional. Consumers participated based on the understanding that the reward was guaranteed, only for the terms to suddenly change afterwards. Participants were then told they had been entered into a R5,000 lucky draw instead, despite this not being properly disclosed from the beginning. Very disappointing experience. Promotions should be transparent, fair, and honour what was originally communicated to consumers.
