Juice was opened and one was missing
The company itself is good and their services are very good would definitely recommend to friends and family just disappointed with my recent order I ordered a pack of 24 Juices and when it arrived one juice was missing and it clearly shows that the worker from takealot is the one who removed it while packing it because it was still sealed when the order arrived and while removing the takealot sticker I saw one pack was opened and the juice was removed I'm disappointed with this unprofessional act of theirs other than that I like shopping with them

Unfulfilled promise
The company exploit people into completing their surveys promising incentives and never pays I completed their health survey early February and till now no payment I have sent them two follow-up emails and they responded on the 18th of April promising to pay via PayPal till now they haven't paid the company should close or atleast just say that completing is voluntary than promising something you know you won't be able to pay how broke are you failing to pay a mere $5

Faulty system
I bought pizza on their app using voucher while checking out it kicked me out without pressing the order while logging in again the order was not there I tried ordering again they said voucher is invalid. I tried emailing them to report the matter till now no response it has been a week now waiting for them

They are average
The market research is fine but I won't recommend to my friends they take time to give rewards....but good market research they give out very good rewards which you can not get in any other market research.

Rewards waiting period needs to be fixed
It a great opportunity good service also would have given 5 stars but they need to fix the waiting period for sending incentives you redeem your vouchers and wait a week for them to tell you that you need to wait an extra 30 days.Not good at all we redeem it because we want to use it 7 days should be enough please fix that.

Bad service
Bad service I completed their survey more than a month ago but still haven't received my reward they sent email to choose my payment preference but didn't pay till now. I wrote an email few days back but they didn't respond what they are doing is not good we share our most sensitive information and take time to do their surveys and they don't keep their promise💔💔
