Do you know that Builders Tokai is refusing to replace a Zodiac item that was bought TODAY??? Promising that a technician will come out.. For a brand new product?? Are you even still operating and are there techs available and working 4 days before Xmas???? You answer me that Zodiac???? Whats your returns/manufacturers policy?? Do the guys at Builders Tokai know it??? Your the pool guys and I will have a dirty pool over Xmas!! I am so not gonna hold my breath for the Zodia pool products guy!! I am livid!!!
I bought a Zodiac creepy crawly TODAY.. Not happy and returned it TODAY.. And Tokai refused to return for a replacement or refund!! Just spent R1 500 and feel completely **********.. They will send Zodiac technicians out... Seriously!! 4 days before Xmas??!!I want a replacement or refund!! Then I call the Builders Contact Centre and they transfer me to CSAT IVR before I even speak to an agent..Hows that for call avoidance from their Contact centre!! This was such a ****!! I am disgusted!!!!
