I worked with Kimberly, and she was kind to me from the very beginning
I worked with Kimberly, and she was kind to me from the very beginning. I was moving from KZN to Gauteng, and the whole process was quick and easy. I really appreciated that I received great service even during the weekend. Kimberly helped me with all my questions, which made me feel at ease. I also liked that I had easy access to the driver and could speak to them directly. Overall, I had a great experience with Efi Removals, and Kimberly made the whole move much easier for me. I would’ve appreciated that change in delivery times to be communicated earlier instead of me having to call and find out whether they’re still coming on the agreed day or not0 replies
