Horrible customer service

I called this people about the network in my area, only to be told I owe R1100,00 I ask for the statement and suddenly they told me I owe R550,00 I send them receipts to show them I'm not behind with my payments. Now they don't answer my phone and the emails I sent them. Just imagine holidays without wifi.
