Value express are bunch of ****s
This courier company only has one agent to answer their calls, he lies and then forgets what he said when you follow up again. My order has been with them since 20 December and is yet to be delivered. Absolutely no value in the so called express business

Makro is utterly useless and service is disgusting
Makro is useless and have no business ethics.. Stay away from this business, they will reply to your complaint privately with a standard bulldust response, they rep**** to my previous complaint stating that the order is with their courier company, the courier company, value express, is just as useless If you want to experience frustrating service, place an online order with these fools.

Pathetic customer service and delayed delivery with no customer service t
I placed an online order on 5 December, expected delivery date was 17 December and the items were not delivered. Due to Makro's lack of customer service, I had to phone their call centre on numerous occasions and delivery was promised for 24 December, guess what, it's Christmas eve and no delivery. Makro doesn't have the decency to update their customers on the progress/delays, the customers are expected to phone and check the progress and they won't even call back with a status update. I guess I won't be supporting this pathetic business any time again. I wish I could have written a review with zero stars because they don't even deserve one star
