The Builder Guy- poor service and integrity lacking
Travis Cowan an Krystal Heald of the Builder Guy have offered the most horrific service I have ever received from a building contractor. After being unable to complete a job, they agreed to refund R11 000. Being understanding of their circumstances, we agreed they would repay over several months. They have already breached the first payment. Stay far away from these people- it will save you months' of headaches.

Do not trust the Builder Guy / Travis Cowan/Krystal Heald
Dealing with Travis Cowan, the owner of the Builder Guy has been the most frustrating experience. Parts of the job had to be redone as he did not supervise a substandard subcontractor he employed without our knowledge. Three months after paying a deposit for a skylight he had not completed the job. He would often not take our calls or return missed calls. He once put the phone down on us when calling from a different number. He agreed to leave the skylight after delivering substandard service and taking an extended period of time to complete and refund us but he has also not kept his word in this regard either.
