Disgraceful
I wish there was a 0 rating for this company. I paid so much money for a nice Christmas present for my husband. I placed my order last year October. Firstly, they asked me for my address. The parcel was not delivered to my address as stated on the form. That wasn't the worst part! When I received my order, it was one of those plastic toy teeth that kids normally wear for Halloween. I sent an email to the company complaining and asked for my money back as it did state 'money back guaranteed'. Sadly, I received a response from AI named Hammad. He responded with the following... *Thank you for reaching out, and I completely understand your frustration 😔 I’m really sorry for the inconvenience caused with your order. We will be sending you a replacement product soon, so please kindly be patient while we prepare and ship it 📦✨. We truly appreciate your understanding, and we’ll make sure the replacement is correct and meets your expectations 💖 Warm regards, Hammad Customer Support Luminara Pure 🌿 I have no words....

Disgusted
I am utterly disgusted with the product I received. Not only is it NOT what I ordered as per the ad, but I had to spend so much money to go to our local Post Office and pay Import Taxes and back home again. I asked specifically for door to door as I cannot just go places. I literally received a toy! No information, no directions, nothing! When I received the item, I just burst into tears! And this was supposed to be my husband's Christmas gift!
