Good day, I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the lack of empathy and poor service I experienced today at Medicross in East London. Earlier this morning, I contacted the facility to enquire about seeing a dentist. I was given a specific time to come in. Upon arriving at the clinic at the advised time, I was turned away and informed that I should have arrived earlier and that no assistance could be provided today. I was told to return tomorrow, which is not possible for me. In order to attend the appointment today, I had to request time off from my employer and make transport arrangements. Being turned away after following the instructions given to me was extremely upsetting and unacceptable, especially at a medical facility where patients seek care and assistance. As I was leaving, multiple individuals mentioned that they had experienced the same situation, which is concerning and suggests a broader issue with the service being provided. I am truly shocked and disappointed by the treatment I received today and expected far better care, communication, and empathy from a medical establishment. I trust that this matter will be taken seriously and addressed accordingly.
