I highly recommend against doing your teeth whitening here, or any procedure here. The results do not last longer than a week, even if you stringently follw a "white diet" for days thereafter. Expect hours of excruciating pain. As someone with a high pain threshold, this was an agonizing experience. Colleen recommended I go back for a second session, stating that my teeth would be white for "7 years" thereafter. Naturally, I knew this was an exaggeration, but I did not expect as little as a few days. week It is now a few months later and I still have sensitivity that I never experienced prior.
