I feel it’s only fair to formally acknowledge the level of service I’ve received, as it has been impressively poor, especially considering the size and reputation of this company. As a client who has already paid a substantial amount of money (70%), I expected at least a basic level of professionalism. Instead, I’ve been met with one excuse after another, minimal communication, and a complete lack of initiative. Any updates I’ve received were only because I reached out first repeatedly. Consistent contact from the supplier appears to be an unrealistic expectation. Promises, unfortunately, seem to be made far more easily than they are kept. They were fully aware that this order was intended as a gift, and I was clearly assured it would be completed before Christmas. That commitment was not honored, leaving me in an uncomfortable and avoidable position. What makes this experience particularly disappointing is that I have never worked with such a large company and received service of this standard or lack thereof. Reliability, accountability, and communication are fundamental, yet all have been noticeably absent throughout this process. I have send an email to the company and have not received any reply. Till this day I have not received any feedback. Based on this experience, I would not recommend doing business with this company. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously, though given the pattern so far, expectations remain low.
