Price on shelves misleading

Dear Value Co I am writing to formally complain about an issue I’ve encountered today with product name “sistema lunch” at Horizon Center Roodeport, Gauteng. Im deeply saddened by the poor service and misleading pricing of product infor shown on the shelves. I believe it is important to bring this matter to your attention in order to seek a resolution and prevent similar occurrences in future. When I arrived at the shop to purchase lunch boxes for my kids the price shown at the shelves was R179.90 per lunch box when I arrived at the till the guy helping me by the name of Jameson told me the price has gone up and now each lunch box costs R299 each. I then requested for the manager to come and explain to me how the price went up but on the shelves it’s showing another price. The assistant manager then made a call to the Manager which is Zinhle ,she then rep**** that Pontso (Jameson)the assistant manager should make a call shes not at work. I stood at the shop for almost 2 hours whilst the assistant manager was busy saying making calls. I eventually left the store without getting any assistance or clarification regarding my issue and ended up paying the R299.99 for each lunch box.Total was R599 I would be highly grateful if you could look into the matter and make an arrangement for the refund of my purchase amount.
