Value Co longbeach Mall is just terrible with customer service, I bought fuses after the guy working there told me it will work. Got home and 2 fuses blew. One almost blew up in my face. The product is very bad quality. I took my slip and went back to the store for a refund /exchange. The manager refuses to refund me and tells me there's nothing wrong with the product. The store has on the website that they have easy refunds and returns, ja right.

Centurion lifestyle stores staff and security rude and very unfriendly. See lots of complaints similar to mine. Tough trading times and you treat customers as if they need you…. I will rather pay a bit more or go across the street to the China mall. Really disappointed

I bought a pair of earphone at Value Co. THE GLEN branch. After a month they stopped working, I went to the store to query but I was told 7 days have passed they cannot do anything about it. According to Derick(the guy who assisted me) I should have returned them within 7 days but they were working at the time so how could I have returned them? Derick was not willing to assit me at all, he just told me there's "nothing" they can do. How can an electronic item has 7 days warranty, the earphone are not broken or anything, they just stopped working.

Dear Value Co I am writing to formally complain about an issue I’ve encountered today with product name “sistema lunch” at Horizon Center Roodeport, Gauteng. Im deeply saddened by the poor service and misleading pricing of product infor shown on the shelves. I believe it is important to bring this matter to your attention in order to seek a resolution and prevent similar occurrences in future. When I arrived at the shop to purchase lunch boxes for my kids the price shown at the shelves was R179.90 per lunch box when I arrived at the till the guy helping me by the name of Jameson told me the price has gone up and now each lunch box costs R299 each. I then requested for the manager to come and explain to me how the price went up but on the shelves it’s showing another price. The assistant manager then made a call to the Manager which is Zinhle ,she then rep**** that Pontso (Jameson)the assistant manager should make a call shes not at work. I stood at the shop for almost 2 hours whilst the assistant manager was busy saying making calls. I eventually left the store without getting any assistance or clarification regarding my issue and ended up paying the R299.99 for each lunch box.Total was R599 I would be highly grateful if you could look into the matter and make an arrangement for the refund of my purchase amount. Went to shop at Value.co at Comaro shopping centre on black Friday they had a sale on all their products plus 10% off on anything you buy regardless if it was on sale. Now that is a Black Friday deal!!!
