I bought a pair of earphone at Value Co. THE GLEN branch. After a month they stopped working, I went to the store to query but I was told 7 days have passed they cannot do anything about it. According to Derick(the guy who assisted me) I should have returned them within 7 days but they were working at the time so how could I have returned them? Derick was not willing to assit me at all, he just told me there's "nothing" they can do. How can an electronic item has 7 days warranty, the earphone are not broken or anything, they just stopped working.
