Value co clear water has the worst service ever, The employees name is Sharon, was very rude and aggressive, don’t even go bother because even the manager didn’t reprimand her
I am writing this email with so much disappointment because I had done a laybye on the 24th of October and on the 25th I went back to the store and I couldn’t take it because I had a problem with my slip so now I asked my husband to go and take it out now he is being told that he can’t take it out even when he had my id, I am not seeing anything in your terms and conditions that I can send anymore of my behave. I am not happy and I need answers with this matter
Can someone please explain to me how discovery rejected my maternity benefits when I am almost 1 month of giving birth when I have been paying them, 1 year ago I joined discovery, I gave birth then suddenly discovery didn't pay any of my claims on time, I kept on getting calls and how I will be handed over then I fought with them till my claims were all paid now that I have rejoined them they are telling me about 12 months of waiting period yet the person that was assisting me from the begging said I don't have any waiting period since they had an issue with me, now I am stressed because which hospital will I go too
safrican must close up This is the second time that his happens to me my family, First it was my grandmother when we needed to get a payout we only got it after 72 hours and when you call you are being taking from pillar to post , then now its my aunt who has been a member for over 12 years and now that she has pass away we are being told that she was never a member and that they cant pick up her name on the system yet they had promised us to pay within 72 hours and top of that premiums have been paid up to date.
Disappointed is an understatement because i just spoke to a girl called Dineo now who placed me on hold for over 25 minutes while realising my hold and putting me back on hold, now as i am writing this email she muted my call and i had to hang up even her attitude was bad because in the morning a spoke to a very professional gentle man who helped me effeteness, yet i have had a DSTV for more than 10 years without disconnecting my services yet today because their dstv insurance department decided to put more things on my dstv without me agreeing my services ended up being disconnected
There service is so bad, every time you call in then you find a different agent who tells you something different, i had called in on behave of my father to ask they couldn't even help me yet i am was the same person that helped my father do claims. i spoke to Jade who couldn't even access the account to atleast give me information i am so disappointed because every month my dad pays but we never get the service we deserve.

Such a disappointing service I got today at pick n pay in Dobsonville, My mom had bought custard vanilla on the 26.08.2023 however she didn't notice that they were expiring just after 1 month of purchasing them which was on the 08/10/2023, the reason why she had bought them was that she was hosting an event on the 7th of October 2023. On Sunday she ate the vanilla and started having a running stomach and I am also expecting I ate it too we only realised later that they had expired, we then returned them today however to our surprise the manager at pick n pay told us that he can't exchange them and didn't even provide any information as to why and he even gave my mom attitude telling her that If she wants to take it further she can do that and walked away from her. I would like to know as to when you purchase something in the store how long is it suppose to last.
Worst service ever at centurion we buy cars, I did a quote online to sell my 22 seater craft when they offered to give a fair price when I got there the manager offer me R 50000, R60000 less to what they had offered me while my car is in good condition, I felt very direspected and he didn't even care
