Very disappointed with MTN This is the second time calling their call centre the first time I called them I loaded data on my phone to work with. It was a work from home bundle which I always purchased and used when working from home. I called them telling them that I cannot use the bundle and they told me its only for Google Services except Google Chrome. They data purchased is for Google forms. Mind you I have always used this data on Google Chrome and even WhatsApp. This morning I called because my airtime was just being taken. And Thandolwethu Zuma told me that I have active subscriptions and I asked her how do I have active subscriptions when MTN does not even have subscriptions for 2025 and I haven't even subscribed to anything. She couldn't answer and she told me she will cancel the subscriptions but I will not get my airtime back. I asked to speak to a manager and the time was 09:10am and she told me there is no manager on the floor. I'm always a loser to MTN and have had enough of their useless customer service. They do not investigate they just tell you it is not their problem. I would recommend you change to cell c or Vodacom or even discovery SIM card but this is not on.
Went to shop at Value.co at Comaro shopping centre on black Friday they had a sale on all their products plus 10% off on anything you buy regardless if it was on sale. Now that is a Black Friday deal!!!

I have been a nedbank client since 2015. This morning I made a payment to an account of R600 , I inserted the correct account number but the incorrect bank account , mind you this was not an immediate payment. I called the Nedbank call center and explained my story the lady was very rude by the name of Mapula, she placed me on hold and cut the call in my ear, I thought something happened on her side so I gave her time to call me back but nothing! I called back and was assisted by another guy he seemed so distracted and didn't even open my account as well. I asked to be transferred to a team leader. The team leader told me that she can recover my funds but I have to pay a fee of R390.00 because that is the process. Her name is Ziningi I told Ziningi that the process is obsurd because it was in error and I know that with FNB if you make a payment and the account does not exist it goes back to your account she said no the bank keeps your funds and you need to pay to get it back. To me that just didn't make any sense. I requested to speak to a manager and she plain down told me that her manager does not speak to clients regarding small issues like this 😂 please watch out if you are banking with Nedbank, watch out how much money do they not keep from money that has been sent out incorrectly. WOW I am so shocked and I do not think ill be using this service for very long anymore.
