Happy client
As much as I was quick to send a bad review about My brand group its only fair to give feedback of the best service I got after the misunderstanding was cleared up, the consultant that was assisting me (Moeketsi)and his supervisor (Mulola) apologized and assisted me promptly, they made sure that they communicated every step with me and then got me an even better car than I was expecting. Thank you so much guys and keep up the great work.

Disappointed client
This for My brand group which i believe is under digicall, im really not happy with the service I have been getting with my car replacement, pineapple insurance handed the matter to them to find me a replacement vehicle 2 weeks ago and I still haven't received it yet and on top of that I constantly have to be the one that reaches out to them to get any sort of feedback of the progress. Im very much disappointed with the service I'm getting.

Highly disappointed client
Im not at all happy with this insurance, after my first review I received communication that my claim has been sent for urgent review so I guess my definition of urgent and theirs is not the same because 3 days later im still waiting for my claim to be finalized, I've been calling almost everyday to do follow ups and the keep asking me to give them till end the day to finalize my claim yet a few "end of days" have passed but still

Worst car insurance
I having the worst experience with them, I got into an accident on the 10th of Dec and then made sure that by 11th all my docs were submitted for my claim, today is the 03rd Jan and im still not sorted...everything was going at a good pace until the 22nd of Dec when they said its in review....its has been there for the past 13days which is something I was told by their consultants was supposed to take about 48hrs to be finalised, I keep calling to find out what's happening and they keep saying my claim is with their manager...it seems they don't care how I get around while they are busy delaying my claim. After this I would definitely never ever recommend pineapple to my loved ones that for sure.
