I was the winner of the fast shooter competition at rage 2025. I won on the 7th of December and was told someone will be in contact with me with my prize. After 2 weeks of waiting I went into store and was told again someone will be in contact with me. After confirming contact details I left. Today on the 3rd of January 2026 I phoned fourways mall store and asked about my prize where I was told that I they have been waiting for me to come and collect my prize, upon arrival the disgruntled store employee told me that it is a weekend and there is nothing they can do to help me now and I've been told yet again that someone will be in contact with me. After explaining my frustration and that this has been going on for far too long I was told by said employee that it is not his problem he isn't the one who did the competition. To which I stated that I understand it isn't his personal issue but I do request that I get some form of outcome, even just for someone to tell me what my prize is as I still do not know what that prize is. I was then met with more attitude saying that it's my fault for not contacting them sooner and that if I want my prize I need to wait longer. Something needs to be done about this pathetic customer service!
