I visited Lovisa Sandton on 3rd January 2026. All 3 female staff members here extremely rude and arrogant. The first staff member refused to take off the watches from the stand to allow me to try them on. I had to try them on while they were still locked on the stand. The second staff lady refused to give me gift bags with my purchases. I bought 3 travel jewelry bags and 1 watch set and she shoved everything into two bags, it didn’t even fit and she said that she doesn’t have enough bags for everyone and that they limit the bags to two per customer. The third lady had to adjust my watch because it didn’t fit me and she scratched it in the process and was so rude about it even though it was her fault. She then proceeded to pull out one of the links with her mouth when it didn’t work with the tool. That is so unhygienic and unprofessional. I was so disgusted. I always try to be fair and understanding, but to my knowledge the principle of “the customer is always right” exists for a reason. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect I’m so very disappointed that a well known shopping mall like Sandton delivers such poor service to their customers.
