Me and my wife bought chinese food at our Sherwood Spar on a Friday evening around 18:00. It was the egg and steak charmaine. At 21:00 that night my wife got so sick that the ambulance fetch her at our home to take her to Greenacres hospital with food poisoning.She end up in highcare for five days. She had severe stomach cramps and vomiting. Her blood pressure was 47. We approach the Spar and was told that there was already 2 persons before us who was also sick who bought the same chinese food. While we was at the emergency at Greenacres another 4 person was also there with the same food poisoning that bought the same food from them the same night.Both my neighbours was sick they also bought the same food the Friday night.Spar Sherwood told us to claim from there insurance and we did we gave the all our medical bills and the results from the doctors. They came back to us today the 23 January 2026 and say they investigate the matter and we didn't give them proof we got sick of te food we bought from Spar. They now rejected our claim. We are pensioners who don't have a lot of money as specially when it comes to medical aid. I have all the people's contact details who got sick that Friday night who bought the chinese food from them. If there is anyone who bought food from Spar Sherwood as specially that chinese food please contact me. I received assistance from two good lawyers in Port Elizabeth who will take on the Spar group. I went to see Spar Sherwood 4 times and i still by my groceries there and not once did i get a phone call to ask how are my wife doing or so
I bought two packs of toilet paper at Clicks Baywest mall Port Elizabeth on the 21th of December after i paid they told me there a problem at the tills and they cant give me the toilet rolls. They will refund me in 24hours. They even took my contact details they will call me That bever happen i went back to them four times with no kuck and vad service i decided to send clicks head office a email and after four times up and down with them they refunded me in the 2nd of December. On the 10 th of December my money went off my account again i went to clicks Baywest mall again to show them. They took my details again and till today no pne called me again. I went to see then in January they say they can't give me my toilet rolls i nust contact head office again What is so difficult just to give me what i paid for if i gave proof my money went off Clicks will kever see me again they xan jeep the toilet paper very bad service from them
