Re: what you hear is not what you get.l wrote again about Hippo because recently they manage to call back but jp until now I had no real clue what's happening because every time somebody else is contacting me than I have to explain the same things over and over again but nothing seems to happened. I don't know what to do but they introduced me to Discovery health which in turn didn't give me the type of cover that I was asking from them but I had to pay every month for a service that couldn't be rendered for me.
Good day this is Mrs Wilma Lorraine De Jager again and seeing that i couldn't come to an agreement with Discovery health i just want to know how will they compensate me for the money that I paid to them without receiving any service or assistance. I did paid 4 months premiums but all my GP visits and Medications at the pharmacies I paid out of my pocket and just want to know how will they compensate me. Thank you very much
Good day I'm Mrs Wilma Lorraine De Jager and would like to put this review with regards to Hippo who just want to ******* people but not intend to serve. While they show on national TV how reliable they are on giving people the right cover that suits there needs knowing they are only interested in the money. A certain lady called lebohang or Lebo was the adviser but now that l need her help she is nowhere to be found because everytime I tried to get hold off her she is not available. How can people be ********** like that. I am honest I will never refer people to go for any quote to Hippo because they are only interested in the money. Thank you very much Mrs Wilma de Jager
Good day I'm Mrs Wilma Lorraine De Jager and had a medical aid cover with Discovery life.My cover did start on 1st of October 2025 but up until now I had to pay for everything that I do from Dr's visits till pharmacy payments. They deducted every month R1850 with gap cover but never received the service I pay for. They never send me my medical aid card. All the payments at the pharmacies are on my phone. My plea is if they can't give me the services I paid for than I kindly want them to refund me because I am busy looking for other medical aids. Kind regards Wilma Lorraine De Jager
