Worst customer service and experience & advise. September 2025 we taken our vehicle in for a major service, we mentioned that the CV joints were making a noise, and was told that they cannot fix it. We were told to go a third party, which they told us to apply a spray. We taken the vehicle back to Car Service City Durbanville assist us to apply the spray, as we have no knowledge how to apply the spray, which they agreed on. After a few days of driving the vehicle we noticed, at home the vehicle is messing a lot of oil were the oil was app****. We had taken the vehicle back to Car Service City Durbanville, and asked them to inspected the vehicle, the manager said that they over sprayed the oil and it will stop after awhile. After awhile driving the vehicle the CV had broken while driving with my family in the vehicle. My question is, they are the professionals, never was it told to us that the car is unsafe to drive and the CVs need replacing. I was told by reputable professionals, if the CV joints make a noise they need to replaced straight away, their advise was poor and very poor customer service. My vehicle is currently in repairs, and we will not have a vehicle for 5 days, and we currently on holiday, that is a nice feeling. Plus I am waiting on the bill on fixing our vehicle. I can tell you I went back a few days ago, and spoken to two managers regarding the experience. Everything I mentioned they had better answers, the principle of the story is Car Service City Durbanville, you gave the advise and NEVER said to us the vehicle is unsafe to drive! The worst online experience ever, 26 days after my purchase as below I was told they had no stock, and the date of the purchase the supplier was closed, they don't know how the purchase had gone through, plus the supplier only opens on the 8th January 2026. I can tell you all the managers that I made contact with at Marko, they don't know nothing, no customer knowledge and you should fire them all, they are there to earn a salary that's all. I can't tell you in words how frustrated I am currently. However, the principle of this mail is as follows: I told my 10 year old son that Father Christmas is going to deliver his gift as per his letter to Satan, you know what Satan never delivered the gift.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NB: Excuse my below language please. WHY MAKRO ****ED UP his delivery and their promise to deliver. Know my order has been cancelled, and I must wait 5 business days for my refund, Marko you have had my money for 26 days, WELL DONE!!!! I'am excited to see your response, hopefully it does not take 26 days! Thanks MARKO for messing up our holiday! AND my son still has no gift, it must be a nice feeling, but MAKRO you don't care!
