I actually will not even score 1 star...none is exactly as the aftersale service....non existent. Store Manager also not even try to be helpfull. Bought 5 beds on 30 November...still no one can give me an ETA. The promise was to be delivered before 10 Dec!! Worst worst worst experience, will never make use of them. All promises before you buy, afterwards no communication, everyday excuses, and no solution.
<p>I have been struggling to get hold of ABSA after visiting an ABSA branch to assist with the following for more than a week now – HIGHLY DISSATISFIED WITH CLIENT SERVICES!:</p> <p> </p> <p>1. Credit Card expire in 3 days time – NO ONE CALLED, INFORMED OR PROVIDED ASSISTANCE TO RENEW</p> <p>2. Garage Card was stolen – I STOPPED THE CARD, CANT GET HOLD TO ENSURE CANCELLATION AND DO NOT WANT A NEW CARD</p> <p> </p> <p>Hold for hours on the phone and then got cut off!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Platinum line, what a joke!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I should have consider to move to another bank WAY BACK ALREADY. Fees are ridiculous!</p>
