Order placed and paid, didn't receive any email to track my order. Contacted them and received automated replies for two days. No one could give feedback on my order. Called with phone just ringing, finally got through today just to be told that they don't have the mattress and the order will be further delayed. How was I going to know this if I didn't call everyday? Absolutely terrible customer service and I would not recommend anyone to buy there. Stick to the tried and tested.

I've ordered a Sealy King Xl bed on the 28th of Nov 2025 via Mojo Beds (it was a black friday deal). On the 15th of Dec, I decided to send Mojo Beds an email to find out where the heck my bed is.. just to be told that they are waiting for a delivery and whatever.. today is the 20th of Dec, and guess what? I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY BED π I'm being asked: "Are you will to change the order to a standard length?".. WHY WOULD I ORDER XL AND PAY FOR XL IF I WANTED SL? π No communication was sent out AT ALL until I reached out and enquired. I'm highly dissatisfied.. pathetic service from Sealy AND Mojo Beds!!!

I actually will not even score 1 star...none is exactly as the aftersale service....non existent. Store Manager also not even try to be helpfull. Bought 5 beds on 30 November...still no one can give me an ETA. The promise was to be delivered before 10 Dec!! Worst worst worst experience, will never make use of them. All promises before you buy, afterwards no communication, everyday excuses, and no solution.

I purchased a Forty Winks SleepSmart bed from Mojo Beds, Umhlanga Crescent on 08 August 2025. The mattress has developed a pronounced hole in the middle, which is far beyond what could ever be considered normal use. I weigh under 50kg, and despite this minimal load the mattress has collapsed to a point where it is visibly sunken and no longer provides any support. This is unacceptable for a premium product that is marketed for durability and long-term support. The condition of the mattress is far beyond normal wear, and it is posing discomfort and back strain. I require urgent intervention from Mojo Beds and Forty Winks. The product is still well within its warranty period, and I expect a proper assessment and immediate replacement or refund in line with my rights under the Consumer Protection Act. I should not be experiencing this level of product failure or having to chase service providers for assistance. I expect this matter to be resolved promptly and professionally.

Stores are generally helpful when you are in the 'buying" stage, but the after purchase service was exceptional. Phumeza Gcwabe, the store manager at the Springfield branch, was just amazing. Friendly, polite, approachable. I am not one to give reviews, but this one was well deserved. Thank you.

We recently purchased a bed from Mojo Beds East Rand Value Mall and had the pleasure of being assisted by Vicky Fryer. Not only was Vicky helpful and efficient, she was most importantly honest. It was a pleasure dealing with her. Thank You Vicky!

I visited a store at Mojo Beds and I had just gotten out of a two day session from my chiropractor who had suggested I get a new at Sandridge in Midrand, I didn't have much capacity to secure everything I needed but a consultant by the name of Odwa really helped and pulled through for me and made everything happen
