Order placed and paid, didn't receive any email to track my order. Contacted them and received automated replies for two days. No one could give feedback on my order. Called with phone just ringing, finally got through today just to be told that they don't have the mattress and the order will be further delayed. How was I going to know this if I didn't call everyday? Absolutely terrible customer service and I would not recommend anyone to buy there. Stick to the tried and tested.
Logged a refund on 13 December 2024 and lerato.mosithe@cartrack.com confirmed that it was logged and would take 7-14 days to process and reflect in my account. It is day 23 and still no refund. I have made multiple follow ups and there is no feedback. I have followed your procedure and waited for the turn around d you have provided however still do not have the funds in my account.
Received payment link but it did not work. Annah Tholo assisted until the payment went through successfully.
Submitted my claim in June 2024. It is 32 emails and 17 phone calls later and still no payment. Through multiple follow ups I still do not know when I will get payment. Received a call that the delays where caused by a mistake someone made, they disinvested the wrong investment and now I must just wait. They show no empathy or urgency to fast track resolving this matter. They understand the inconvenience but the do not care to make it better. All the agent said was "sorry, but we still cannot tell you when it will be paid even if we made a mistake you will just have to wait. I don't have powers to solve this issue from June 2024 quicker. So yes, mam you just have to wait." You follow all necessary procedures as a client however they do not care. You are just another number.
