They want to exploit me of my commission claiming it's for SARS

EXPLOITATION
The platform wants me to pay R4000 for tax before I can get my earnings of R20000 commission. They say if I don't pay the money within 48hrs I quote "If you fail to pay your personal income tax within 48 hours, the tax authorities will impose a hefty penalty of 40% of your withdrawn funds!". This is my first commission to be withdrawn on the platform. I was not told bout this prior to the withdrawal. Now the withdrawal is pending to be reviewed because they will only review after I pay the money into a mall account which is a PAYSHAP account. I can never pay my Tax Returns into anyone's personal account. These guys are exploiting us. I refused to pay the R4000
