I bought the shoes on3rd December 2025on the 4th January 2026 the shoe was broken,and I was there yesterday the 5th but they told me about their 21days policy which is I wasn't expecting the way the area manager handled the matter,I thought they will sea that it's a factory fault.exchange the shoe for me or took the shoe and send it to the factory, the area manager told me that there's nothing they can do for me I must've a lovely day.iam so disappointed with jumbo I don't think I will ever buy anything from them.please help.
