Turned my house into a prison

From the very beginning my experience with the Remax agent they allocated me to manage my property was horrible. No sense of Customer service at all, unprofessional, rude and undermining. I also had to always call in and push them to pay the rent due as it was always late. Little did I know that was the tip of the ice burg. They brought in a tenant that turned my house into a prison with where they were doing human trafficking. I found out from camera footage on the street WhatsApp group showing about 20-30 ******* Ethiopians escaping my property and running for their lives. I contacted them to let them know of the situation but did not get much help. Instead they went on holiday instead of fixing my property, they hired a contractor which they claim spent 22K trying to bring the property back to normal which was not evident at all. Almost a month in after reporting the property is still in a terrible state. I lost income, they **** to me they did not take any accountability and they really ruined my property for me as I can't see it the same anymore. They are the worst people to go to for anything regarding property. RUN!!!
