Today is the 18th of January and up to now I still did not get any reapons from Gido gate motors, people think twise before you get them out to do work for you
My gate motor was ******, Entin my assurance dud let me know on the 10/12/2025 that Gido was assign to fix it, they did install it it was working when they left a couple of days after the gate motor starting to open and close by itself, I phone them they dit came to had a look at it, they said that we did it on the app the app did not work they said we had to install something else aswell we left it. I got anorther opinion from EPR they gave me a report to say that the welding came undone and the motor was not allign, I did send it to my insurance, I had to pay R495 for the report at EPR. Up to now nothing was done from their side to fix it. I will never ever use Gido gate motors again and will not recoment it to anybody
