Please help me I paid my account in full but they are the amount that I paid does not reflect source kindly asking for help to clear my debt and receive a payment letter from rage store cuz I've been emailing them like they're not responding to my email so I haven't got any help so can you please help me

I'm having a problem cuz I paid my account in full at rate store but the payment does not reflect I don't know why it's it's still shows that I'm still owing Ridge store which is I paid the full amount so I was kindly asking for help to clear my debt and request for a payment of later to so that I paid my account in full
