I am very disappointed in the kind of service I've received from purple mobile... They've deducted an amount of R1170 I haven't received my product and when I finally got hold of them in accordance to my product being delivered or want my refund so I've just been given the refund option I've received an refund declaration stating I'll only be receiving 50% of my funds and after a week I've asked how long it'll take I was told refunds only takes place on Thursday
