I've been trying to get my fibre reinstalled at the new property and to no avail. Their Technicians don't take the jobs, they keep tagging each other and no one keeps to their appointments. This is atrocious service from Vuma and Britelink.
This is the worst service I have ever received. The Technician was supposed to come out on Tuesday 06 January 2026 and never pitched, another appointment was made for today 08 January 2026 Technician's name was Benjamin and he was supposed to be there at 08h30 and till now he has not pitched. How do you make appointments with clients and fail to deliver the service. This is so unprofessional. I am very disappointed. Not to mention that I am constantly calling to get answers, they don't even have an open line of communication as they are only able to email their technicians and not call them.
