Dear Sir/Mam I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from Tanya, a receptionist at the Renal Clinic at Donald Gordon Medical Center, when I called to book an appointment with a specialist. Despite explaining my medical concerns and need for assistance, I was met with rudeness and a lack of willingness to help. Tanya's response fell short of the expected standard of customer service, leaving me feeling unsupported.
