Dear Sir/Mam I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from Tanya, a receptionist at the Renal Clinic at Donald Gordon Medical Center, when I called to book an appointment with a specialist. Despite explaining my medical concerns and need for assistance, I was met with rudeness and a lack of willingness to help. Tanya's response fell short of the expected standard of customer service, leaving me feeling unsupported. My neice died there after medical negligence before and after her liver transplant, the doctors were avoiding us throughout the ICU ordeal and And would not give us any information on what was happening They

We ordered a meal today evening at MC Donald Guandi Square amount of R74.00 estimation of arrival time was 19:45 however the driver asked for my cell number before arrival . When we went down ,no driver was there , meaning that he took the offer for himself as when we log the request of the order not being received it stated : It looks as though you entered a pin ,that your order has been confirmed your order has been delivered and is complete. However that is not true . We are in a hospital and food never arrived ,the drivers name is ABUDI, AS I TOOK A SCREENSHOT WHEN Liaising WITH HIM. Please investigate the matter urgently. This is ***** . The funds were deducted from my account. This is unacceptable

Donald Gordon is the most useless medical center I've ever experienced. My 4 year old son was transferred from ICU in Netcare Sunward park. I gave them all the relevant information a day before the said transfer. We where told that we have to be at the center by 7 am. Left Sunward park Netcare T 05:00, arrived at Donald Gordon at 07:00, it's now 09:25 and my son is still stuck in the ambulance because of their incompetency. If you have an option, don't bring your loved ones here

Donald Gordon is the most useless medical center I've ever experienced. My 4 year old son was transferred from ICU in Netcare Sunward park. I had a disappointing experience when my dad was admitted to Wits Donald Gordon Hospital. We encountered poor communication and delays that caused unnecessary frustration. After the doctor attended to my dad, we discussed renewing his prescription, and the doctor assured us he would prepare a new script. My dad was discharged at 14:20, but we waited an unreasonably long time for the prescription. Concerned about the delay, we approached the ward reception to check if the doctor was still working on the prescription. They told us they would follow up but never got back to us. Finally, at 17:20—three hours after my dad was discharged—a sister informed us that the doctor had left the prescription in my dad’s file. This lack of communication and coordination is unacceptable and caused us significant inconvenience. I urge the hospital to review its processes to ensure better communication, especially with prescriptions and discharges, to avoid subjecting other families to such experiences.

I would like to thank the staff at Donald Gordon medical center. The treatment that i received there was world class from the receptionist,nurses night duty nurses.including Doctor Ian Grant. I was well taken care of. At night its peaceful and quiet staff dont make noise, you able to sleep and rest. Please keep up the good work. May the good Lord keep on blessing you in helping us patients with love and care.

I would like to thank all the sisters working in medical ICU Donald Gordon hospital I wish all the nurses would take their career as serious as the staff in medical ICU so loving and caring to their patients and family members as well.
