This company operates with a clear lack of integrity and fairness. ******* and ********* practices appear to be common, including unfair dismissals of agents who were actually performing well. Management shows blatant inconsistency — some agents were suspended for six months and later allowed back on calls, while others were dismissed after only two weeks for the same reasons. Team Leader Karabo Makola appears to have personal agendas that directly affect agents’ job security, creating a toxic and biased work environment. The company is also backdating deductions, which raises serious concerns about competence and compliance. There is no sense of urgency in addressing issues, and accountability is completely absent. Overall, this is an unsafe and unjust workplace that does not value or protect its employees.
