I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding an unresolved salary query. I have been trying to get assistance regarding my outstanding/incorrect payment, but despite contacting my previous manager and the operations team, the matter has still not been resolved. I was promised a certain amount for the period I worked, however I was paid significantly less than what was communicated to me. I have requested clarification and correction, but I have not received a proper response or solution since the 29th of January 2026. This situation has caused financial strain and unnecessary stress. I am simply asking for my pay to be reviewed and corrected in line with what was agreed upon. I would appreciate urgent assistance and a clear response regarding when this matter will be resolved.

i was dismissed because off not being to work but i was submitting documents, and know i have been requesting my UI19 and Salary Schedule with no Response from the 12 of January until now

**** , Worst Call Center
This company operates with a clear lack of integrity and fairness. ******* and ********* practices appear to be common, including unfair dismissals of agents who were actually performing well. Management shows blatant inconsistency — some agents were suspended for six months and later allowed back on calls, while others were dismissed after only two weeks for the same reasons. Team Leader Karabo Makola appears to have personal agendas that directly affect agents’ job security, creating a toxic and biased work environment. The company is also backdating deductions, which raises serious concerns about competence and compliance. There is no sense of urgency in addressing issues, and accountability is completely absent. Overall, this is an unsafe and unjust workplace that does not value or protect its employees.

Chased out the building
I was terminated due to being AWOL by the company which I accepted, however it has been over 2 months requesting my UI19 and Salary schedule documents but I am being ignored, I called and emailed the Op's Manager,Team leader and Payroll with no luck. Last week I went to the branch which is in Umhlanga Security was called to chase me out the building. The funny part is that no employee has signed a permanent or temp contract, so I believe this Infinity USA campaign is not legit cause they are ducking with my doc's. I got 2 son's who also need a decent christmas as all I want to do is apply for my UIF.

Chased out the building

Non-Professionalism, Pay queries and Favoritism
Worst company to ever work for I urge you even in your desperate times. Firstly in May the paid me short escalated it even though they were pushing back, all to find out i'm owed 108 hours. Again in June same thing and I've been chasing til date. Worst part is when you think HR will handle things better they either don't reply or representative sent you automated emails to tell you they're not in office all the time and when they're they'll send you a vague response to respond again next week. I don't even want to start with payroll that's *********** and keeps paying people short and every month you'll be told it's an error from payroll even when they do decided to reimburse you it's still short then you feel like you don't have a choice but to give up. Now i'm fighting to have my provident fund claim paid after all the Hussle I went to to get the forms my self and sent it to them to sign their part still momentum coms back with their wack service as well to say they're still awaiting confirmation from my employer. I regret ever setting my foot and wasting the year of my life in that place.

One of the worst employers Been trying to get my training certificate for a number of years. Given multiple email addresses. Finally given an email address for someone I was fami**** with and she even respond and asked what campaign I worked on. After giving her that information complete silence again. It's was so strange that one lot of trainees got their certificates while I still worked there and our group couldn't get theirs. To date still no change. Yolanda, I really thought you could do better after asking for campaign information.

Unsuccessful
I have app**** 16 times in total and I have received only 4 declines. This declines don't stipulate why I was unsuccessful and it's so demotivating I am trying so hard and so long to get a job in the company and yet I recieve unsuccessful emails a month or 2 later from when I app**** causing me to even forget the position I app**** for.
